A man wanted for inappropriately touching a woman in Seaford two months ago has been arrested, according to police.
Detectives say the 34-year-old victim was walking on Seamans Neck Road when the suspect approached, touched her inappropriately and then fled.
Police say 20-year-old Michael Hernandez, of Bethpage, was identified as the suspect and arrested following an investigation.
Hernandez has been charged with sexual abuse, according to authorities.
