Police seek woman in attempted bank robbery
Police are seeking a woman who allegedly tried to hold up a bank in Bayport Saturday. Police say the robber walked into the Chase Bank on Montauk Highway and handed the teller a note demanding cash.

Police are seeking a woman who allegedly tried to hold up a bank in Bayport Saturday.
Police say the robber walked into the Chase Bank on Montauk Highway and handed the teller a note demanding cash.
They say the teller refused to comply, and the woman fled on foot.
Police are asking anyone with information to call Crime Stoppers at 1-800-220-TIPS.
