Police are looking to identify a woman who was carrying a teddy bear when she was struck by a car Wednesday on the Southern State Parkway
State troopers say it happened near Exit 13 early Wednesday morning. They say that the victim was also wearing a gold necklace.
The woman was taken to a hospital with serious injuries.
Authorities are asking anyone with information to call them.
