Police search for man who robbed Islip Terrace post office

The suspect allegedly demanded cash and threatened an employee.

An Islip Terrace post office was robbed early Friday, police say.
They say a man went into the building on Carleton Avenue around 9:40 a.m. and handed a note to an employee demanding cash.
The suspect also allegedly threatened the employee.
Once the man got the money, he ran out of the post office.
There were no injuries in the incident.
