Police are searching for the three individuals who punched, kicked and robbed a woman at an East Hills gas station Tuesday.
According to police, it all started just before 2 p.m. when the 36-year-old victim asked the female driver of a U-Haul at a Mobil station on Glen Cove Road to move her vehicle so she could get closer to the pump.
Police say the woman in the U-Haul hit the victim, knocking her to the ground. They say two men then got out of the U-Haul and one of them started to kick, punch and hit the victim. Police say the woman from the U-Haul then ripped a necklace off the victim.
All three suspects got back in the U-Haul and took off.
Police say the victim refused medical attention.
Anyone with information is asked to call Nassau County Crime Stoppers at 1-800-244-TIPS.
