Police say a Riverhead man is accused of driving drunk and crashing with a 7-month old child in the car.
Officers say they got a call about a car accident just after 6 p.m. Friday.
They say a black Chevrolet pickup truck collided with a Jeep Cherokee.
Police say it happened eastbound on Main street in Riverhead, near County Road 105.
They say the driver of the truck, 40-year-old Phillip Majeski, was intoxicated with a child inside the vehicle.
Majeski is facing DWI in violation of Leandra's Law and one count of endangering the welfare of a child.
