yesterdayPolice have confirmed that Nicki Minaj's father, Robert Maraj, was killed in a hit-and-run in Mineola Friday.
They say it happened around 6:15 p.m. on Roslyn Road at the intersection of Raff Avenue.
Police say 64-year-old Maraj, of Mineola, was struck by a vehicle driving northbound.
He was transported to an area hospital where he later died on Saturday.
Minaj has not spoken publicly about her father's death.
