A Queens woman was arrested in Valley Stream after trying to trick a woman into sending her money, police say.

According to authorities, the 84-year-old victim was contacted by a male who claimed to be a Best Buy Geek Squad worker.

The suspect explained she received too much money for a refund and needed to return $14,900 to a Valley Stream address.

After an investigation, Monira Chowdhury of Queens was arrested for the crime. She was charged with grand larceny.
