Police are seeking to identify a person who fired a gun late Saturday night in Elmont.
Authorities say they responded to a call reporting a disturbance at home on Covert Avenue around 12:03 a.m.
Upon arrival, they determined that an unknown individual had discharged a firearm then fled the scene.
No injuries were reported, according to authorities.
