A Port Jefferson Station man has died after police say he was hit by two cars in Farmingville.

Police tell News 12 a Mercedes was driving on North Ocean Avenue at Granny Road when it hit 58-year-old Roland Degroff who was running across the road.

The incident happened around 7:30 p.m. Sunday.

Degroff was then hit by another car.

Degroff was pronounced dead at the hospital.

The two drivers involved are not facing charges.
