Police say a pedestrian was struck Wednesday night in front of Good Samaritan Hospital in West Islip.
They say the incident happened just after 11 p.m. on Beach Drive.
It is unclear on the extent of any possible injuries.
It is also unknown if the driver is facing any charges.
