3h agoA 15-year-old Oceanside boy was arrested Wednesday in connection to the fatal shooting of a Baldwin man in New Cassel.
Quraan Williams, 26, was found with multiple gunshot wounds on May 7. He was pronounced dead after being transported to a hospital.
The teenage suspect has been charged with second-degree murder and will be arraigned on Thursday.
The name of the suspect has not been released because of his age.
