The mother who left her newborn baby boy in a Queens Church nativity will not face chares.
The Queens DA says his office will not prosecute because she acted within New York's 'Safe Haven Law.'
The law allows a parent to leave a child in a safe location, then notify someone with no questions asked.
News 12 has been told the mom made sure he had been found yesterday and told police she left the baby in "the warmest place in the church."
Adoption offers are pouring in, including from a family in the Richmond Hill parish.
