Police are searching for a man in connection to the death of a livery cab driver last month in Wyandanch.

Investigators say driver Hugh James was found dead inside his vehicle with a gunshot wound to his head.

James was discovered in a black Lincoln Town Car around 6:45 p.m. on Lake Drive.

Witnesses say they heard a crash when the vehicle slammed into a retaining wall, then struck a parked car.
