East Hampton postal worker accused of raping a 15-year-old in truck, second sexual assault

Police are searching for a man they say stole over $4,000 worth of jewelry at the Roosevelt Field Mall.

Police say the suspect smashed the glass at the Luxury Jewelers kiosk Friday at around 8:30 a.m.

He is described as a tall Black man with a large build. Police say he was wearing a baseball hat, gray sweatshirt and gray pants.

This is the latest in a string of crimes that have happened at the mall. There were over a dozen major incidents there in 2023.
