Police: Man killed in fiery crash on Vets Highway in Ronkonkoma

The driver has been identified as 52-year-old Robert Nolan Jr., of Holbrook.

Police say a driver was killed after a fiery crash just outside the entrance to MacArthur Airport.
According to police, a Honda Accord was heading westbound on Vets Highway around 9:30 p.m. Wednesday.
Police say the driver somehow lost control and veered off the road near Johnson Avenue and struck a metal utility pole. That's when the car went up in flames.
The driver has been identified as 52-year-old Robert Nolan Jr., of Holbrook.
