Police: Man drove drunk with newborn in car
Police say a man was arrested for driving while intoxicated Sunday night with a 3-week-old baby in the car. Juan Chimbo, of Westbury, was allegedly driving erratically on Post Avenue around 11:15 p.m.

Police say a man was arrested for driving while intoxicated Sunday night with a 3-week-old baby in the car.
Juan Chimbo, of Westbury, was allegedly driving erratically on Post Avenue around 11:15 p.m.
He was stopped by police, who say he was determined to be above the legal blood alcohol level.
Three other adults were in the car, and the infant was in an unrestrained car seat, police say.
Chimbo is charged with felony DWI.
