Police say a Hempstead man was allegedly drunken driving in the wrong direction with a 5-year-old in the car.
Nelson Dormes-Montoya was arrested around 5 a.m. Friday.
Police say his Ford crossed over the double yellow lines on Jackson Street.
They say in addition to the child there were also two other passengers in the vehicle.
Dormes-Montoya is facing felony charges.
