2h agoA Huntington Station man is under arrest after police say he was drunk and crashed his car with his son inside with him Sunday night.
Police say the incident took place on East 10th Street in Huntington Station between Varney and Mulford avenues just before 9:30 p.m.
Authorities say the driver, Denis Manzaneras-Orellana, hit a parked car. Officers found his 12-year-old son with him.
The boy was reportedly not hurt.
Manzaneras-Orellana has been charged with aggravated DWI under Leandra's Law, which is a felony.
He is expected to face a judge Monday.
