Nassau police say a Hempstead man was arrested for a robbery in Uniondale.
Detectives say a 22-year-old man was making a delivery to the 7-Eleven on Oak Street a little before 3 p.m. Friday.
They say that's when 37-year-old Felix White broke into his delivery truck and took the victim's cell phone and backpack.
Police say when the 22-year-old returned to the truck, White threatened him with a knife before taking off.
Officers were able to locate White a short time later. They say he also had a glass pipe on him containing what appeared to be crack cocaine.
After further investigation, detectives say White is also responsible for two petit larceny incidents at the Home Depot on Fulton Avenue in Hempstead.
White is set to face a judge today.
