According to police, Christian Vasquez was driving two adult passengers in a sedan westbound on the eastbound LIE, west of Exit 63, in Holtsville at 3:14 a.m.

yesterdayPolice have arrested a driver traveling the wrong-way on the Long Island Expressway in Dix Hills.
According to police, Christian Vasquez was driving two adult passengers in a sedan westbound on the eastbound LIE, west of Exit 63, in Holtsville at 3:14 a.m.
Officers attempted to pull over the driver, who did not comply.
Officers placed stop sticks in the roadway at Exit 52, which deflated the tires and the vehicle stopped on the off ramp at Exit 51.
Vasquez, 28, of Patchogue was charged with DWI.
