A Lindenhurst man was arrested Friday night after police say he drove drunk and crashed his car while his 2-year-old son was inside the vehicle.

Police say 46-year-old Adam Mularczuk was driving on Grand Avenue in Lindenhurst at around 8:40 p.m. when he crashed into a parked car.

His 2-year-old son suffered minor injuries, according to authorities.

Mularczuk is now charged with DWI in violation of Leandra’s Law, among other charges
