A Huntington Station father is accused of allowing his 13-year-old daughter to drive a car with a toddler in the backseat.
Police say they pulled over a 1995 Toyota Camry driving erratically on Oakwood Road Saturday night at around 6:30 p.m.
Alejandro Noriega was in the passenger's seat, the 13-year-old was allegedly behind the wheel and a 3-year-old boy who Noriega was baby-sitting was in the backseat.
The 45-year-old was arrested and charged with endangering the welfare of a child and permitting unlicensed operation.
Noriega went before a judge Sunday.
His bail was set at $1,000 cash, and he’s due back in court on Wednesday.
