A Bay Shore man is accused of driving drunk with a revoked license and without his mandatory ignition interlock device.
Police say they arrested Jose Garcia early this morning after he went through a red light at Howells Road and the Sunrise Highway service road early this morning.
Garcia, 40, was arrested and charged with felony DWI, felony aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and operating a vehicle without an ignition interlock device.
