14h agoPolice are investigating a two-vehicle crash that killed one Huntington Station man and injured the other driver early Sunday morning.
Patrick Adrell, 42, was driving eastbound on Jericho Turnpike near the intersection of East Gate Drive.
His vehicle veered into oncoming traffic and hit 38-year-old Angel Sagastizado.
Both drivers were transported to a nearby hospital.
Adrell was pronounced dead. Sagastizado is still being treated for injuries that are not life-threatening.
