A homeless man is charged in a pair of burglaries in Great Neck Plaza.

A homeless man is charged in a pair of burglaries in Great Neck Plaza.

Police say Edwin Aquirre-Aguilar broke into Ruby Divine Indian Dining on South Middle Neck Road.

They say he's also responsible for a break-in at Marcari Salon on Grace Avenue. 

According to police, he stole merchandise and jewelry in the break-ins, which happened earlier this month.

Detectives used surveillance video to link him to the incidents, and say he had an open warrant at the time of his arrest.
