A Hempstead man has been arrested and is accused of exposing himself in Roosevelt Field Mall in Garden City.

Police tell News 12 Irvin Acevedo Ayala was at the food court on Thursday morning when he approached a 62-year-old woman.

Police say he then exposed himself and started touching himself inappropriately.

Ayala is now charged with public lewdness.

Anyone who believes that they may have been a victim is asked to call police.
