A Hauppauge man was arrested late Sunday, accused of throwing rocks at the windshields of two buses in Suffolk County.
Police say on April 16, Edward Wisneski threw a rock at a bus that was parked on Southern Boulevard. They say the driver was inside the bus and the rock cracked the windshield.
Less than an hour later, the 19-year-old suspect allegedly cracked the windshield and broke a glass partition of a Suffolk County bus that was driving on Route 111 in the Village of the Branch.
Police say both rocks were thrown from a moving vehicle.
Wisneski was arrested at his residence and faces reckless endangerment and criminal mischief charges.
