According to police, the incident happened last month.
Police say the group of people were riding ATVs and dirt bikes on Sills Road near Express Drive South when they punched and kicked a Jeep Cherokee.
The suspects, who were caught on the dash cam video, sped off.
Anyone with information is asked to call police.
