An elderly woman was killed following a crash in North Hills, police say.
The incident happened just after 5 p.m. on Searingtown Road.
Police say the 76-year-old victim was in the backseat of a car when it crashed into a telephone pole.
She was pronounced dead at a local hospital.
The driver of the car and her four-year-old son, who was also in the backseat, both escaped unscathed.
