An East Northport man was killed when he lost control of his motorcycle and crashed
into a pole, police say.
News 12 is told Lavell Jones was driving his motorcycle westbound on Jericho
Turnpike in Elwood Saturday at around 10 p.m.
Jones lost control and crashed into a pole.
He was pronounced dead at the scene.
The victim’s motorcycle was impounded for a safety check.
