Man arrested after police chase ends in crash

A Mastic man is accused of leading police on a wild chase early Sunday morning.
Police say 25-year-old Robert Noon was driving erratically on Winters Drive around 12:40 a.m. and wouldn't stop for police.
A chase ensued and according to police, and Noon crashed his SUV into three police cars before hitting a utility pole.
Noon fled on foot after the crash, according to police. He was arrested a short time later.
People who live in the area tell News 12 they lost power for a few hours.
In court, his attorneys said Noon suffers from mental health issues and hadn't been taking his medication.
Noon is being held on $21,000 bail and is due back in court on Tuesday.
