Police have made an arrest in the shooting at The Mansion in Glen Cove that happened earlier this month.
Glen Cove police say 26-year-old Remy Marshall turned himself in Thursday.
As News 12 has reported, three people were shot at the party on July 10. A security guard and two party guests suffered injuries not considered life-threatening.
Police say Marshall is an aspiring rapper who goes by the name "Fetty Luciano."
Following the shooting, it was revealed that the Mansion at Glen Cove did not have a permit to host the event. They also had their liquor license taken away.
Glen Cove police say the arrest was a collaborative effort.
"It was all hands on deck by the Glen Cove Police Department, as well as other jurisdictions," says Christopher Ortiz, deputy chief of the Glen Cove Police Department.
Marshall is charged with attempted murder and weapons charges.
