A body that was discovered near the Southern State Parkway this past Thursday has been identified as a missing 20-year-old from West Babylon.

The human remains were discovered by a man on the eastbound side of the parkway in a wooded area near Exit 40, according to police.

Authorities now confirm the remains were that of Isaiah Henriquez, who was last seen leaving a house party in Brentwood in April.

Police say the circumstances leading up to his death are under investigation.
