Vehicle located following Norwalk hit-and-run

The Norwalk Police Department says they located the vehicle that was involved in a hit-and-run incident that occurred on Tuesday.
Police say a green 2009 Subaru Forester struck a man near the intersection of Main Street and Plymouth Avenue just after 10 p.m.
They say the driver immediately left the scene and did not stop or check on the man, who was left on the side of the road and bleeding. He was taken to the hospital with serious, life-threatening injuries.
