Police: 68-year-old man stuck by e-bike in Long Beach has died

Detectives say the victim was walking westbound on East Park Avenue when he was struck by the e-bike traveling southbound on Riverside Boulevard.

Police say a 68-year-old man injured in a Long Beach e-bike crash on Friday has died.

Detectives say the victim was walking westbound on East Park Avenue when he was struck by the e-bike traveling southbound on Riverside Boulevard.

The man was taken to the hospital with severe injuries. He died Saturday just after 8:30 p.m.

The 47-year-old man who was riding the e-bike stayed at the scene, according to the police.
