Police say three people are facing weapon charges after a gun was found inside a car in Bellerose Terrace.

News 12 has been told officers watched a blue Kia swerve in and out of lanes and fail to maintain control.

According to police, when they tried to pull the car over, the gun was found inside.

Officers then tried to arrest all five people in the car, but four fled the scene.

Police were able to arrest the driver -- 24-year-old Dlaronni Terrell, of Brooklyn.

Shortly after, officers located and arrested two other suspects -- Uriah Wiggins, 23, and Barrett Hughes,29.

Terrell and Hughes were both previously arrested for separate incidents earlier this year and released without bail.

All men are facing multiple charges.
