Police say a Brentwood man has died following a crash in Medford.

According to police, Hasani Martin-Rathan was riding a motorcycle on North Ocean Avenue Wednesday night when he crashed into a van that was trying to make a left onto Cedar Avenue.

The 27-year-old died at the scene.

Police say the driver of the van waited for police to arrive and was not hurt.
