Customers who went to Pathmark pharmacies to get their prescription went home empty handed Monday.
Pharmacists who work at Pathmark pharmacies across Long Island and New York State staged a "sickout." Pathmark says 150 pharmacists in 48 stores statewide did not report for work.
News 12 Long Island made repeated calls to the union but no one would supply any information on the so-called sick out.
