In this week's Paws & Pals, Cove Animal Rescue presented four dogs looking for their 'furever' homes.
Zack is 4 to 5 years old. This Stratford Terrier in searching for an experienced, dog-savvy home, where he can be worked through his insecurities and inhibitions. Zack does not do well alone he suffers from separation anxiety when in his kennel. When Zack is out of the kennel and spending time with his shelter people, he is at his best. Zack loves to play fetch, and once he is exercised, he loves to hang out and get his belly rubs in.
Calvin did not have a great start to life, but the shelter wants to make sure he has the happy ending he deserves. The minute you walk up to Calvin he makes the sweetest piggy noises for attention. He just wants to be loved. Calvin is a 6-year-old mixed breed, up to date with all his shots and looking for his "furever" home. Calvin needs an experienced, dog-savvy home with no children or other pets.
Titus is a 4- to 5-year-old Hound and American Bull Dog mix. Titus loves a long walk and belly rubs. He can be shy at first but once he trusts, he opens up to be a mush. Titus was raised in a home with children and can be very gentle, but he is scared of other dogs.
Hooch is a 3-yea-old Stafford Terrier mix up to date on all his shots and neutered. Hooch loves everyone especially if you have treats, but can be shy with other dogs. Hooch is still in puppy phase, working with trainers on basic commands.
