Hip-hop heavyweight and Patchogue native Chrisette Michele hit the Hamptons to celebrate her much anticipated fourth album.

Michele, who has collaborated with Jay-Z, Kanye West and Drake, has returned from a three-year hiatus with her fourth album, "Better."

The Grammy award-winning soul singer says she's at her best for her fourth album.

"I went to a lot of therapy, I went to a lot of church and I stopped answering so many questions," Michele says. "It's just me being in the best space that I've ever been."

The Patchogue-Medford graduate also has a tour in the works and a new vegan cookbook called "Fat Vegan," which is due out for the holidays.
