Long Island has learned a family that lives inside the home have now been
forced out due to the damage.
Fire
officials say an Amazon truck and Toyota Highlander crashed between 9th and
10th streets on Straight Path Monday
around 6:30 p.m.
The Toyota
then went right into the home on Straight Path.
There were people inside the house at the time, but no one
was hurt.
The Amazon truck driver and two people inside the
Highlander were taken to the hospital with minor injuries.
Town of
Babylon officials deemed the home uninhabitable because of structural
damage.
