Officials: 2 Bergen County men accused of sexually assaulting minor

Two men from Bergen County have been accused of sexually assaulting an individual under the age of 16.
Officials say 19-year-old Josue Catalan assaulted the victim in Cliffside Park on three different occasions over the past 11 months.
They also say 20-year-old Luis Rosas assaulted the victim in Ridgefield last month and in 2024.
Both men were released after appearing in court and are expected to return at a later date.
No other details have been provided.
