Officials say a firefighter was injured while battling a fire in Bay Shore Saturday night.
They say the call came in around midnight for the home on 18th Avenue off Brentwood Road.
It is unknown if anyone was home at the time, but News 12 is told no one else was injured.
Investigators have not commented on the condition of the firefighter.
