Off-duty officer accused of pulling gun on Sagtikos Pkwy.

An NYPD officer is accused of pulling a gun on a driver over the weekend. Donald Vale was off duty when he allegedly pulled his gun on a woman who cut him off on the Sagtikos Parkway over the weekend.
