An NYPD officer is accused of pulling a gun on a driver over the weekend. Donald Vale was off duty when he allegedly pulled his gun on a woman who cut him off on the Sagtikos Parkway over the weekend.

An NYPD officer is accused of pulling a gun on a driver over the weekend.
Donald Vale was off duty when he allegedly pulled his gun on a woman who cut him off on the Sagtikos Parkway over the weekend.
Vale, a 14-year veteran of the force, has been charged with menacing.
He has been suspended pending the outcome of an internal investigation.
