A man in his 30s was fatally shot while sitting in a car in Greenpoint early Tuesday, police say.
The NYPD says a man was holding a parking spot at 6 a.m. at Henry Street and Hunts Lane when the shooter opened the car door and shot him in the face and neck.
The victim was reserving parking spaces for a TV episode that was set to film in that area, police say. Signs on the block show the filming was for "Law and Order: Organized Crime."
The victim has been identified as 31-year-old Queens native Johnny Pizarro.
No arrests have been made.
