'Nuns on the Bus' visits Long Island to urge people to vote

9ds agoA Catholic advocacy group called "Nuns on the Bus" visited Long Island Wednesday to encourage people to vote.
The group is on a nationwide tour ahead of Election Day.
The Sisters of St. Joseph in Brentwood hopped on the bus to encourage local residents to vote.
The “Nuns on the Bus” also made a stop in Baldwin at Saint Luke's Place before they head to Chicago next week.
