The Massapequa Mall will not be renewing tenants' leases as redevelopment plans are being evaluated, according to a report.
It is not known what the owner has planned for the area, but they say they are not considering making it into a residential community.
Current stores at the mall include Dave & Busters, Macy's and Home Goods.
