A New York City parks employee is waking up behind bars after being arrested for assaulting someone Sunday in the Bronx, according to police.

Police say 55-year-old Nagi Davis got into a car accident that then became physical with the victim.

Davis is charged with reckless endangerment and vehicular assault.
