Long Island is getting not one but two new PopUp Bagels locations.
The Hempstead IDA just approved a lease for a store to open at Westbury Plaza on Old Country Road in Garden City.
The chain is also planning to open a shop in Westhampton Beach this summer.
PopUp Bagels already has one location in operation on Long Island in Roslyn.
The business went viral, posting hundreds of videos of customers tearing up hot bagels and dipping them into flavored cream cheeses.
No word yet on when the new spots will officially open their doors.
There are 28 total locations across the country.
